Chico Fernandez - The Baitfish Fly

The team over at Hell's Bay Boatworks has shared an interesting short video from one of their Pro Staff Members Chico Fernandez as he discusses another one of his favorite fly patterns The Baitfish Fly.

Chico covers the many uses of this pattern in this short clip.

In my opinion, this pattern is more effective when tied as a Bend Back, similar to the Glass Minnow, as it significantly reduces the chances of getting caught in grass or bottom structures like oyster beds.
